Leak Number 1 - in my tenants flat....still waiting for insurance to sort that out
Leak Number 2 - in my sisters flat.....completly new boiler system installed

Apparently laying carpet is an art form, you need:

• The correct tools
• Previous carpet laying experience
• A bit of muscle

So taking all of that on board, I decided to give it a go ..... i think we can say it went rather well :)
